Class Schedule

    • Clients are required to arrive between 5 - 10 minutes before the class start time.

    • We reserve the right to offer your spot to anyone on the waitlist within 3 minutes before the class starts.

  • If you are brand new to pilates, or you are new to Small, you are required to attend at least 1 - 3 of our Foundation classes. This is dependant on prior experience. Please reach out if you have any questions.

  • We understand that life happens! To help us run smoothly and offer fair access to all clients, please note our cancellation and no-show policies:

    Class Pack and Monthly Membership clients:

    • Early Cancel your booking at least 12 hours before class to keep your class credit.

    • Late Cancelations will lose the class credit.

    • No-Shows will lose the credit and incur an £8 fee.

    Unlimited Membership clients:

    • Late Cancelations within 12 hours of class incur a £17 fee.

    • No-shows incur a £28 fee.

    We always aim to be flexible—if something unexpected comes up, just reach out. We’ll do our best to help!

    • We are located at 295 Mare Street, E81EJ.

    • We are less than a 5 minute walk away from Hackney Central.

    • There are bus stops outside of the studio. You can the 254, 106, 277 or 55 amongst many others.

    • We do not have bike racks. But there are plenty by Hackney Town Hall.

Our Classes

  • This is for anyone brand new to equipment based pilates and feeling a little intimidated.

    Join our 30 minute class for you to get a little taste of our reformer & tower classes.

    Better yet, it’s only £5.

    You will be introduced to the Reformer and Tower, and try out a few of our foundation exercises. No doubt you will leave confident to join our Foundation classes!

    Please consult with the studio before booking if you are pregnant or have any pre-existing health conditions and/or injuries.

    • Classes: Reformer Foundation // Tower Foundation

    • Key words: Beginner, Technique, Core & Confidence

      Foundation does not necessarily mean easy! You will be challenged by learning great technique, to set you up perfectly to progress.

      All clients will need to attend a minimum of three* of our Foundation classes regardless of prior experience before progressing to our Precision classes.

      Please consult with the studio before booking if you are pregnant or have any pre-existing health conditions and/or injuries.


      *Exceptions will be made in our first two weeks of opening so you can try out all of our classes and fit in with your schedule.

    • Classes: Reformer Precision // Tower Precision

    • Key words: Control, Challenge, Strong & Progression


    These 50-minute classes are best suited for clients with prior experience of pilates and/or our Foundation classes.

    These classes are a step up from Foundation. You will be honing in on your technique, advancing your movements and perfecting your practice.

    If you are new to Small, clients will need to attend a minimum of three* of our Foundation classes regardless of prior experience before progressing to our Precision classes. Exceptions may be considered. Please contact us.

    Please consult with the studio before booking if you are pregnant or have any pre-existing health conditions and/or injuries.

    • Classes: Reformer Recovery

    • Key words: Injury rehab, Subtle movements & stretch.

    This 50-minute class is designed to support injury recovery, manage ongoing niggles, or simply offer your body a chance to reset. With a focus on subtle, controlled movements and targeted stretches, you’ll work through gentle, precise exercises using the Reformer to improve mobility, release tension, and restore alignment.

    Perfect for those needing a slower, more mindful pace, this class helps you reconnect with your body and build a strong foundation for recovery and movement.

    • Courses: Beginner Reformer // Beginner Tower

    • Key words: Intimate, in-depth, foundation

    Our 4 week Beginner Courses are small and supportive, capped at just 8 people for a more intimate experience. You'll move through the traditional beginners Pilates repertoire at a slower pace, alongside the same group of newcomers, helping you build confidence, technique, and connection.

    You do not need to enroll into our Beginners course to attend any of our regular group classes.

    • Classes: Prenatal Pilates // Postnatal Pilates

    • Key words: Control, Supportive, Empowering

    Coming soon, we will have both prenatal and postnatal classes added to the schedule. Thse classes will be specifically for our pregnant clients and separate classes for postpartum bodies. Instructors will teach to the bodies in the room, using equipment tailored to the clients that day.

    • Classes: Mat Pilates

    • Key words: Body awareness, Stability, Refine technique

    This open-level Mat Pilates class is limited to 10 participants.

    You'll move through traditional Pilates exercises drawn from both the beginner and intermediate repertoire,

    Mat Pilates is a fantastic way to develop a solid foundation before transitioning to Reformer or Tower classes. You'll learn how to perform many of the key exercises using just your body and the mat, which you then carry over to the equipment-based classes.
