Pilates for Runners

Pilates for Runners is a specialist class designed to help runners stay strong, stable, and injury-free. Combining Reformer, Tower, and Mat Pilates, this class supports your body where running places the most demand.

This is an intimate class limited to just 5 participants, allowing for personalised instruction. Pilates is the ideal cross-training tool to address tight hips, weak glutes, poor core control, and muscular imbalances that can lead to common running injuries.

Whether you’re training for a 5k, marathon, or simply love to run, elevate your training program with Pilates and run longer, stronger, and safer.

This is a 4-week term class, with one class per week.
