Pilates for Runners
Pilates for Runners is a specialist class designed to help runners stay strong, stable, and injury-free. Combining Reformer, Tower, and Mat Pilates, this class supports your body where running places the most demand.
Pilates is the ideal cross-training tool to address tight hips, weak glutes, poor core control, and muscular imbalances that can lead to common running injuries.
Whether you’re training for a 5k, marathon, or simply love to run, elevate your training program with Pilates and run longer, stronger, and safer.
In February we have a one off workshop, Run Strong, for runners to get a taste of how Pilates can greatly support running, in addition to now two terms of our Pilates for Runners classes.

Pilates for Runners
This is an intimate class limited to just 5 participants, allowing for personalised instruction using all Pilates apparatus, the mat, reformer and tower.
This is a 4-week term class, with one class per week. £100.
