4 Week Beginners Reformer Course

• A friendly, small-group course made for true beginners or anyone feeling uncertain
• Runs for 4 weeks, with 1-hour sessions each week
• You’ll learn classic beginner Pilates moves on the Reformer, guided by an expert instructor
• Only 6 people per course, and the same crew each week.
• After the course, your instructor will help you choose the next best class level (Foundation or Precision)In short: a gentle, confidence-building intro to Reformer Pilates, in great company! 💪✨

Pilates for Runners

Our courses teach a set programme; our term classes are simply a weekly class that runs for a fixed period.
Pilates for Runners is a specialist class designed to help runners stay strong, stable, and injury-free. Combining Reformer, Tower, and Mat Pilates, this class supports your body where running places the most demand.This is an intimate class limited to just 5 participants, allowing for personalised instruction. Pilates is the ideal cross-training tool to address tight hips, weak glutes, poor core control, and muscular imbalances that can lead to common running injuries.
Whether you’re training for a 5k, marathon, or simply love to run, elevate your training program with Pilates and run longer, stronger, and safer.
This is a 4-week term class, with one class per week.

Postnatal Reformer with Baby

Our courses teach a set programme; our term classes are simply a weekly class that runs for a fixed period.
Designed for new mums, this class helps you gently rebuild strength, reconnect with your core, and release tightness from feeding, lifting, and everyday baby care. The reformer supports your body as you ease back into movement.
Babies are welcome, simply keep them in their carrier next to your machine so you can focus on you while they stay close and content. -
All Jan term is now session. and finishes on the 12th February. You can still purchase a drop in at £18.
